Your clinical records are retained under our records-retention policy and are
not affected by choosing a plan.
Choose Your Plan
No payment card is required to start your 7-day free trial. A card is collected only when you choose a plan and complete checkout — your checkout page shows the price and the date of your first charge before you confirm.

Payments
Where your money lands, and how invoices behave by default.
Autopay
Charge each client's card on file automatically after their session.
Deposit account
Where client payments are deposited.
Checking your deposit account…
Secure setup
Add the account where client payments should be deposited. Secure verification may also be required.
Invoice terms
How long a client has to pay, by default.
Card statements
How your practice appears when a client pays by card.
What your clients see on their card statement. 5 to 22 characters, Latin letters only, and none of < > \ ' " *. Leave blank to use your practice name.
Emails, and texts if they've opted in, 3 days and 1 day before their next session until a card is saved.
When session fees are collected
Session fees are collected when you initiate payment, or automatically at 11:59 PM on the day of a session you have recorded as attended.
Auto-pay is set per client, on the client's chart, because it depends on that client having a card on file. Open a client and use the Billing tab of their chart to turn it on.
Emails we send you
These messages go to your own account email address. Turning one off
changes nothing your clients receive, and nothing is removed from a
client’s chart.

Notice of Privacy Practices
The date your practice adopted its current Notice of Privacy Practices. Shown on the notice clients sign.
When checked, the notice includes the Part 2/SUD-record section. Leave unchecked unless your practice is, or receives records from, a federally assisted SUD program.
Practice timezone
This determines your financial month boundaries and reporting dates — which session
lands in which calendar month, and when a month has fully ended and is ready to close.
Choose it once and confirm it below; nothing is assumed on your behalf.
Billing team
Where the daily billing export is sent. Each morning, attended sessions with signed documentation are emailed here as a CSV — for the clients you have enabled on their chart. Leave blank to turn the export off.
One address. Clearing this field stops the export immediately. The file contains client name, CPT code, service description, duration and date — no amounts.
Group practice
Add clinicians to your practice with their own logins, assigned clients, and
permissions enforced by the server. Solo practice is unchanged — this is
one shared workspace with multiple members, not several accounts.
Group practice is enabled by our team, one practice at a time.
Financials access and clinical-metrics visibility are off by default for every role but Owner. Grant them individually below — changes take effect immediately.

Import your existing clients and information from another EHR platform. Supported formats: CSV, Excel (.xlsx), PDF
Also .vcf contact files, which is what a contacts export from your current EHR usually contains. Unzip the export first — it is password-protected — then select all the .vcf files inside and choose them here together.
Import Preview
Advanced
Tools you are unlikely to need during a session. Nothing here is required to run your practice.
The Audit Log is also its own destination in the main navigation. It is linked from here so that everything infrequent has one place to look.
Import Client Data
Import client information from other EHR platforms using CSV or PDF files.
name, email, phone, date_of_birth, address, city, state, zip_code, notes
Column names are matched loosely, so First Name and last_name are understood as well as name. Each imported client is assigned the standard intake documents, but nothing is emailed — you choose who receives them at the end of the import. Rows missing name, email, or phone are skipped and reported.
Coming from another EHR? Your current EHR's contacts export may be a zip of .vcf contact files rather than a spreadsheet. Unzip it on your computer — if the export is password-protected, your computer will ask for the password your EHR gave you — then select all the .vcf files inside and choose them here together.
PDF Import Instructions
Upload completed client intake forms or demographic sheets in PDF format. The system will extract:
Client name and contact information
Date of birth and demographics
Insurance details
Medical history notes
Export Client Data
Download all client records as a CSV file for use in billing platforms or other systems.
Export Clinical Records
The complete chart for every client: clinical notes with their signature and lock state, treatment plans, appointments, documents, invoices and payments, agreements and consents. This is the record you would hand to a client exercising their right of access, to a receiving provider, or in response to a subpoena — and it is what you take with you if you ever close your account.
Both downloads contain protected health information. Store them under the same safeguards as the record itself. Portal access codes are never included.
Developer & Testing Settings

Test Client
Enable a pre-configured test client with sample data for testing features without affecting real client records.

SESSIONABLY
Step 1 of 4
Revenue & Budget
This is your practice's financial home base. Use the two tabs at the top to switch between tracking the money coming in and the money going out.
Revenue — what you've billed, collected, written off, and lost to cancellations.
Budget — what you planned to spend by category, versus what you actually spent.
Reading the Revenue tab
The cards across the top give you your year-to-date totals at a glance.
Billed vs. Collected shows your collection rate — how much of what you invoiced actually landed in the bank.
Click any bar in the Monthly Revenue chart — or any row in the table — to break down that month's billed, collected, write-offs, and cancellations.
Net Revenue is what's left after write-offs and cancellation losses are subtracted.
Building your Budget
Switch to the Budget tab to plan and track spending by category.
Click + Add Item to create a category like Office Rent or Software.
Click any value in a row to edit the category name, budgeted amount, or actual spend — then hit Save.
Use the remove control on the right of a row to delete a category you no longer need.
Staying on budget
The summary cards and % Used bars tell you instantly where you stand. Each bar is color-coded:
●Under 85% of budget used — plenty of room in this category.
●85%–100% used — getting close to the limit, worth a look.
●Over budget — you've spent more than planned. A positive Variance means you came in under; a negative one means you overspent.
