How to Opt In
To receive SMS notifications, simply check the SMS consent checkbox in your client portal settings or when your provider creates your account. Checking the checkbox is completely voluntary.
Opting in to receive SMS messages is completely voluntary and is NOT a condition of using Sessionably or receiving services from your provider. You may use all features of the client portal without consenting to SMS messages.

Message frequency varies based on your appointment schedule. Typically, you may receive 2–8 messages per month, including appointment reminders, confirmations, and schedule change notifications. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages, you consent to receive SMS text messages from your healthcare provider via Sessionably. These messages may include appointment reminders, confirmations, schedule changes, telehealth session links, and other practice-related notifications.
