account.
Your clinical records are retained under our records-retention policy and are
not affected by choosing a plan.
Choose Your Plan
No payment card is required to start your 7-day free trial. A card is collected only when you choose a plan and complete checkout — your checkout page shows the price and the date of your first charge before you confirm.

Revenue & Budget
This is your practice's financial home base. Use the two tabs at the top to switch between tracking the money coming in and the money going out.
Revenue — what you've billed, collected, written off, and lost to cancellations.
Budget — what you planned to spend by category, versus what you actually spent.
Reading the Revenue tab
The cards across the top give you your year-to-date totals at a glance.
Billed vs. Collected shows your collection rate — how much of what you invoiced actually landed in the bank.
Click any bar in the Monthly Revenue chart — or any row in the table — to break down that month's billed, collected, write-offs, and cancellations.
Net Revenue is what's left after write-offs and cancellation losses are subtracted.
Building your Budget
Switch to the Budget tab to plan and track spending by category.
Click + Add Item to create a category like Office Rent or Software.
Click any value in a row to edit the category name, budgeted amount, or actual spend — then hit Save.
Use the remove control on the right of a row to delete a category you no longer need.
Staying on budget
The summary cards and % Used bars tell you instantly where you stand. Each bar is color-coded:
●Under 85% of budget used — plenty of room in this category.
●85%–100% used — getting close to the limit, worth a look.
●Over budget — you've spent more than planned. A positive Variance means you came in under; a negative one means you overspent.
Plan with a clearer view of your practice
The Revenue tab brings your practice income and financial trends into one place. Use it to understand what has been earned, monitor changes over time, and make informed budgeting decisions for your practice.
Revenue figures are informational and may not reflect taxes, processing fees, refunds, or other business expenses.
